Elementary School Programs
The Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) of all elementary schools in MCPS can begin FLES programs at their schools. By working with the FLES office, directed by Kirsten Rhodes (301-229-3419), programs can be offered before or after school for most modern foreign languages. Beginning, intermediate and advanced levels are available, dependent on sufficient enrollment.
