Monkey Meals (serves one)

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 hot dog roll

2 tsp. peanut butter

Miscellaneous vegetable slices

1. Peel banana, place in hot dog roll
2. Spread peanut butter over the banana
3. Add various vegetable slices for condiments

Banana Dips (serves several)

Ingredients:

Bananas (1/child)

Various sugars (white, powder, cinnamon)
Peanut butter Chopped nuts
Coconut Jelly
Chocolate chips (1 pkg.)

1. Peel bananas and slice into 1 inch pieces
2. Melt chocolate chips for a few minutes in a microwave, stir until smooth
3. Dip banana slices into chocolate, then roll into other ingredients as desired
