Welcome to the Office of Organizational Development (OOD) website.
The mission of OOD is to develop all staff and improve the effectiveness of the organization to ensure high achievement for every student. Another way we say this is “Student learning drives our work.” We are committed to helping every school, every office, and every MCPS staff member develop the skills and knowledge they need in order to ensure success for all students and eliminate the achievement gap according to race.
These efforts are carried out by OOD teams you see listed in the column on the left. Each team has a specific mission and role to play in pursuing the OOD mission. Please click on any of the team links for information, resources, and contacts.
We look forward to working with you during the 2007-2008 school year.
