Principals Resource Bank

The Big Idea
The Principals Resource Bank is a resource for all MCPS principals.  The bank is organized into 25 topics, which were identified in surveys and focus groups, to address the daily work of a principal. It is a web-based tool that provides access to over 500 sample documents in Word, Publisher, and Excel, as well as PowerPoint presentations. School-based administrators can adapt these documents to fit the needs of their schools when planning events and yearly tasks. Because every school has some unique characteristics, the resources are meant to be samples, not exemplars. They are searchable by topic, key word, time of year, level, or source. The bank also provides tip sheets of suggestions from colleagues plus links to other relevant MCPS resources.

More to Come…
In the future, we intend to expand and improve the Principals Resource Bank. We invite you to help build this tool so that it remains current, effective, and useful to you and your colleagues. "If you have documents that you would like us to consider posting for others to use or ideas for additions or changes, email Carolyne_E_Starek@mcpsmd.org or Suzanne_A_Maxey@mcpsmd.org at the Office of Organizational Deevlopment.

We want your Feedback!
If you have any comments, questions or more ideas, please send us a message.
