MCPS Cancer Support Group
The MCPS Cancer Support Group meets the second Wednesday of the month at 2096 Gaither Road, Conference Room 3. The next meeting is October 8 when the guest speaker will be Clancy Kress, owner of Critters for the Cure, a volunteer-managed, non-profit corporation created to promote breast cancer awareness through the love of our critters. Depression Screening Day
On October 7th, the MCPS Employee Assistance Program will be conducting screenings for depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder and post traumatic stress disorder all day. The screenings take less than 30 minutes and are available for staff and/or their family members. Feel free to call us at 240-314-1040 to make an appointment or if you have any questions.
Dispute Resolution Program Going Strong!
A number of MCPS employees have already improved their workplace relationships by utilizing the free mediation program now being offered through MCPS. If you are having conflict with a coworker, give the Dispute Resolution Program a call at 240-314-1041.
