Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) works with MCPS to address productivity issues while helping employee clients identify and resolve personal concerns including, but not limited to, health, marital, family, financial, alcohol, drug, legal, emotional, stress, or other personal issues that may affect job performance.

MCPS Cancer Support Group

The next meeting of the group is September 10, 2008 from 4:30 -6 pm at 2096 Gaither Road, Rockville, MD 20850, conference room 3 and continues to meet on the second Wednesday of the month. For more information, click on the link above.

Dispute Resolution Program Going Strong!

A number of MCPS employees have already improved their workplace relationships by utilizing the free mediation program now being offered through MCPS. If you are having conflict with a coworker, give the Dispute Resolution Program a call at 240-314-1041.
