Take the ePaystub Tutorial
|
 |
|
Once you have received your Outlook user ID
and password, you will be able to view your
ePaystub online.
Note:
Retiring or terminating employees will
no longer have access to Outlook and
ePaystub within days of leaving MCPS. Your
last pay advice will be mailed to the home
address on record with MCPS. Make sure you
save any pay stubs for future reference.

If you are having technical problems
accessing ePaystub, please contact the
Help Desk
at
301-517-5800.

ePaystub offers employees the opportunity to
view their pay stub from the convenience of a computer. You can verify
leave balances and deductions with the click of a mouse. You will
also be able to see the reported attendance from each work location and
position. Historical information
starting with the May 12, 2006, pay date is included.
You will not have to wait until Friday to view
your pay stub—you will be able to view ePaystub prior to the pay
date--an added convenience! You can ask questions
about your pay or reported time prior to the pay date. Typically,
your electronic pay stub will be available Tuesday morning before the pay date.
You will need your Outlook user ID and password to
access ePaystub. Please do not share your MCPS user ID
or password, as
others will then have unlimited access to your payroll information.
ERSC staff
will be able to assist you with payment information, however you will need
to contact the
Help Desk if you are having trouble accessing ePaystub,
requiring technical assistance, or do not remember your
Outlook user ID and/or password.
You should contact your timekeeper if you discover an
error with the reported time. If you have additional questions, please contact ERSC at 301-517-8100 or via e-mail at
ERSC@mcpsmd.org. Emailed questions with sensitive personal information will
only be answered if they originate from an MCPS e-mail account.
