Tax Forms Now Available Online to Employees Who Authorized Web Delivery

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) permanent employees who authorized web delivery of their annual tax forms by the January 13, 2017, deadline now can access their 2016 W-2 via Employee Self-Service (ESS). MCPS employees who are eligible to receive a 1095-C also can access that tax form via ESS if they authorized web delivery.

If you did not authorize web delivery by the deadline, you will receive hard copies of your W-2 and 1095-C by January 31, 2017. Should you later misplace your tax forms, you will need to download and print copies via the ESS web page beginning February 6, 2017. Instructions for authorizing web delivery to obtain a duplicate W-2 and/or 1095-C online are available here.
