Please tap the food out of these containers and stack them for recycling. These trays are considered commingled material - They can be placed with the bottles and cans for recycling purposes.
Tap and Stack - MCPS recycles something new! In elementary schools this fall MCPS is serving elementary schools lunch in recyclable plastic containers. Please be sure to tap the food out of the container before stacking. Remember to post signage to remind students to recycle their new lunch containers.

Recycling Rewards - 2009-2010 Recycling Rewards Program continues. Recycling data will be collected for an entire year (September 09 -August 10). In November of 2010 awards will be announced.
We Recycle Stickers - Promote recycling by printing stickers for your recycling team on Avery #5960 labels.
Plastic Milk Bottles - Thank you for promoting our new milk campaign to "Drink and Drop." Please help by encouraging students to finish their milk...to the last drop before "dropping" into the new milk recycling container. Morning announcements are a good way to get the word out!
