Don't miss the HIAT Help Blog

http://hiathelp.blogspot.com/

The HIAT Help Blog is adding new tech tips every week. You’ll find short videos and other helpful information.  Entries are tagged for easy searching.  Can’t find what you are looking for? Send a HIAT team member an email or call us at 301-657-4959.

E-TIPS helps teachers network

E-TIPS is open to all MCPS staff who are interested in supporting students using technology.  Some people join because they want to learn more about technology, but others are already tech-savvy teachers.  Even if you know your way around a keyboard and school software, there is lots to be gained from being part of this group.

New Rules for CPD SA-87 and 88

As of this school year, all the workshops to qualify for a CPD credit under either SA-87 or SA-88 must be completed in one academic year.  If you have already started AND you let us know that you intend to finish this year, then you can be exempted from the new rule.  E-mail Kathleen Hamm.

Give a technology training at your school

Earn E-TIPS hours for training staff at your school to use technology. HIAT has a lot of new and exciting resources to support your training at the school level.  We can assist with planning, presentation slides, quick guides, and any other questions you may have.
