| Supervised by the Director of the Office of Shared Accountability, the Data Integration Specialist monitors system-wide performance measures; enters formats and analyzes data; and produces periodic reports on the status of the district and of schools. |

This position requires knowledge of all of the seven core competencies of the Supporting Services Professional Growth System (SSPGS) to include commitment to students, knowledge of job, professionalism, interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem solving.
Working knowledge of:
Programming languages and tools including HTML, SQL, ColdFusion, and mainframe computer's on-line editors and Job Control Language.
Database management and data analysis software and auxiliary tools such as SPSS and/or SAS, IDMS, Culprit, Oracle Discoverer, FileMaker Pro and/or Microsoft Access.
Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows operating software.
Ability to learn new software and processes as they become available. Ability to work independently.

| Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, technology, information management systems, or related field is preferred. Other applicable training and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position, will be considered. |
| (Special requirements such as lifting heavy objects and frequent climbing.) Must operate PC workstations for sustained periods of time. |

or night work required, etc.) Able to work occasional overtime when required. |
- Designs, develops, and maintains various OSA databases and data files.
- Compiles data from mainframe and PC databases to create reports, graphs, charts and statistical data.
- Develops data files, verifies data accuracy, enters and corrects data, and modifies file structures.
- Develops web-based applications to disseminate statistical data and reports.
- Provides programming and software support to OSA staff.
Performs related duties as assigned. |
