June 29, 2009 About DPRR With the Department of Policy, Records, and Reporting are policy, records, and reporting units. The department focuses on issues surrounding reporting and regulatory accountability, such as federal, state and local reporting requirements; policy and regulation development and revision; and technical support around issues regarding enrollment and attendance. The Department of Policy, Records, and Reporting provides technical assistance in the areas of record management; enrollment; and compliance with federal, state and local laws. DPRR operates as a central resource for schools, offices, and the community for issues surrounding regulatory accountability. In addition, DPRR will continue to serve as a resource for the system and the community for ad hoc student data requests. This function is tied to the department's oversight of student records as well as the charge to provide a formal report on Our Call to Action, Pursuit of Excellence. More...
