Over the past five years, MCPS has made closing the gap between White and Asian American students and other minority students its highest priority. Results from the March 2005 administration of the nationally normed TerraNova Comprehensive Tests of Basic Skills (CTBS) indicate that this effort continues to have an impact on student performance at the primary level.
