Honors or Advanced Placement Course Enrollment 2007–2008 Report

Description:

Continued progress was made during the 2007–2008 school year in increasing the enrollment of students in at least one Honors or Advanced Placement (AP) course in high school. Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) seeks to increase enrollment in and performance of all students in accelerated and enriched instruction, Honors, AP, and other advanced-level programs, as part of ongoing efforts to provide an effective instructional program—one of five major goals identified in Our Call to Action: Pursuit of Excellence.
