How to Change Encoding to UTF-8
To view non-English characters correctly, you must set your encoding to UTF-8.
Select View -> (Character) Encoding -> UTF-8 from the toolbar of your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox). If UTF-8 is not in the list, it should appear under "more."
