The PTA Needs You!

It is time to give of your time and talents, in support of our kids. Read this message from Joe Abbott, our PTA President, for ways to get involved with your school.

Fundraising for Folks Out of Town

Spread the word to far-off family and friends. In addition to our five minute fundraiser, the Baker PTA is participating in the internet-only sale from Sally Foster. Click here to be taken to their website. Please be sure to enter Baker's account number 756778 when finalizing your order for Baker to receive 50% of the proceeds.

Parent Volunteer Program Orientation Materials

Are you part of the over 120 parent volunteers at Baker? Then you'll want to check out the following resources. First, there's a PowerPoint overview of the program, found here. Second, there are the volunteer guidelines which can be found here. As a volunteer, we ask that you keep track of your activities and time using this form, and bring it to school each month so we can report the totals. Interested in more information about volunteering? Contact one of the 2 co-coordinators, Ilse Light or Christopher Lloyd.

Fundraising Made Easy

As the PTA works this year to raise money, please take a moment to help out. If you shop at Safeway, please register your Clubcard here, so that Baker will be designated to receive funds. (If you've already registered your Safeway card last year, it has already been re-registered for this year.)

If you shop at Giant, you'll need to register your card if you are a new or returning member. You can do that here.

You can also help support through the Boxtops for Education program -- here.

Finally, check out the link for Target and Verizon -- also both fundraising partners.
