Student Showcase
Throughout the school year, Bannockburn Elementary School students participate in events, activities and projects. This showcase reflects the broad range of instruction and experiences that BES students enjoy during the course of the school year.
2004-2005 | Highlights From the School Year
This year, BES students visited their sister school, sang in a Winter Celebration, and participated in the Montgomery County Schools Media Festival.
Montgomery County Schools Media Festival
Several students from Bannockburn submitted entries into the Montgomery Country Media Festival. The festival was held on March 22, 2005 at the AFI Silver Theater in Silver Spring.
Winter Celebration
On December 14, 2004 , and Mrs. Volin and Mrs. Howell lead Bannockburn Elementary students and parents in a Winter Celebration of songs.
Agnes Meyer School Visit
On November 19, 2004 a group of Bannockburn students along with Mrs. Whiting, Mrs. Hardy, and Mrs. Miller, a Bannockburn parent, went to the Agnes Meyer School in Washington, D.C. to participate in their Values First Conference.
