Bio:
Mr. Greenleaf graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in philosophy and from Union Theological Seminary in NYC with an MA. After graduation, he returned to Maine to earn his teaching certification. He remained there for six years, teaching English to seniors in the town of Winslow.
Mr. Greenleaf moved to Maryland last summer when his wife became the minister of Bethesda United Church of Christ. Now at B-CC he teaches AP literature and 9th grade honors English. He and his wife have a daughter, two cats, and a dog.

"Although I hail from Maine, people “from away” often tell me I don’t sound like a Maine-uh. I have no idea-r what they’re talkin’ ‘bout! Anyway, it is wicked nice to have found a home at B-CC, and my wife, daughter, and I look forward to rooting for the Barons throughout the year.
This year marks my seventh year of teaching. When I am not grading papers, I like to hike, canoe, kill mosquitoes, play fetch with my dog, read Blueberries for Sal to my daughter, and sleep in hammocks."
