In order for a club or activity to exist here at B-CC High School there must be a staff person willing to sponsor it and the club or activity must meet at least twice a semester.

Please complete this form in its entirety and return to Mr. Herchenroeder in room C207. Completed forms will be given to the principal for final review.

Notification of approval/denial will be returned to the staff sponsor of the club/activity.
