FINAL JOINT CHORAL & INSTRUMENTAL CONCERT
TUESDAY, MAY 13

It is that time again - BCC's Final Joint Choral and Instrumental concert will be held on Tuesday night, May 13, beginning at 6:15 pm. Students call times will be announced in class and they should arrive in full concert attire. As always, we use this opportunity for fundraising for our award-winning music program.

On Concert night, we need 6-8 volunteers per hour starting at 6:00pm
through 10:30 pm. This is a great opportunity to meet other music
parents and of course you will have the opportunity to watch your child
perform during their portion of the concert.

Please bring goodies to sell: baked goods (brownies are always a hit with the concert crowd), packages of grapes w/ a cheese stick, baggies of grapes, carrots, and those wonderful little sandwiches. We need 12 bottles of coke, diet coke or sprite, and 3 cases of water. Each family should send in or bring SOMETHING, the music department depends on your generosity and support!

Please e-mail Michele Parsonnet, Parsonnetj@aol.com and let me know what you are bringing and what group your child is performing with and what time you would like to work.

Concert Choir,
Chamber Singers,

Concert Orchestra,
Concert Band,
INTERMISSION,
Senior Recognition,
Symphonic Band,
Symphonic Orchestra,
Jazz Ensemble.

ALSO HELP NEEDED TO WATCH BAND & CHORAL ROOMS
Please come to the Spring Concert on Tuesday, May 13th at 6:15 PM in
the B-CC auditorium.

We need parents to watch the band and choral rooms in half-hour
shifts starting at 6:15. If you have not volunteered for the Music
Department this year, this is a very easy job. Since it is Senior
Recognition Night, we need lots of parents from other grade levels to
help out.

The concert order is as follows:

Concert Choir
Chamber Singers
Concert Orchestra
Concert Band
Intermission
Senior Recognition
Symphonic Band
Symphonic Orchestra
Jazz Band

We need two people per shift. Shift times are:

6:15 - 6:45
6:45 - 7:15
7:15 - 7:45
7:45 - 8:15
8:15 - 8:45
8:45 - 9:15
9:15 - 9:45

If you can help out, please reply directly to jjheaney@hotmail.com

Thank you,

Julie Heaney and Amy Reichert, Music Boosters Co-Chairs
