"The relationship among the adults who operate a school affect the character and quality of a school and the accomplishments of its students more than any other factor." Roland Bart |
| The Roland Bart quote
exemplifies my vision for Brown Station Elementary School and my core
values.
I believe . . . Visionary leadership begins in our hearts (passion), flows to our heads (thoughts and knowledge), and exits through our hands (doing the work). Access to a quality education is a fundamental right for all people. education provides an equal opportunity for all members of society: regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or disability. It is the duty of educators to reach out to those who do not readily take advantage of educational opportunities. Learning and teaching are lifelong endeavors. Uncompromising, high expectations for teachers and students lays the foundation for building success. Effective effort, combined with persistent faith, makes all things possible. Strong individuals and teams achieve their personal best through collaboration and continuous learning.
