What are the regular school day hours?
The regular school hours are from 8:40 a.m. to 3:05 p.m.

What are the early release day hours?
The early release day hours are 8:40 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Lunch is served beginning at 10:50 a.m through 11:50 a.m.

How does the breakfast program work?
Students eat breakfast in their classrooms from 8:40 - 8:50 am. Classroom instruction starts at 9:00. Students arriving at school after 8:50 am will not be served breakfast.

How much does a regular lunch cost?
Regular lunch costs $1.95 and reduced lunch is $.40. Milk is $.40.

What is the computerized cash register system and how do I pay for my child's lunch?
The computerized cash register system is a way for students to purchase lunch without having to carry money. Each child recieves a PIN number and parents make deposit into the account. Each time their child buys lunch the amount is subtracted from the account. When the students account gets low a letter is sent home to remind the parents to send in money for the daily breakfast or lunch. Any left over money in the account is available for the next school year. Prepayment to student accounts is made by filling out a prepayment form which are available from the school office. Where can I pick up my child from school at dismissal time?
If you are picking up your child by car, please pick up your child at dismissal time in the back of the parking lot by the kindergarten hall and school based health center. Students will line up in that area to be picked up. Students and parents are issued corresponding numbers. Students will be called by number to be dismissed to go to their cars. Please help the line move quickly and efficiently by waiting in your car for your child.
All kindergarten walkers leave from the main front door of the building. First and second grade walkers leave from the left side door at the front of the building or the back door. Third through fifth grade walkers leave from the main front door or the back door. Some students walkers leave from the back of the building. Discuss with your child which door they must use and where you will meet them.

How can I pick up my child before school is dismissed?
If you need to pick up your child during the school day, please send in a note to the child's teacher prior to picking them up, if possible. Then come to the office and sign your child out, they will call into the classroom and your child will walk down and meet you in the office.

How can I visit my child's classroom during the school day?
If you would like to visit your child's classroom, please contact your child's teacher to determine the best time to come in. On the day that you plan to visit, stop by the office to sign in and receive a guest pass.
