- Montgomery College (formerly MCPS) SAT Prep Course Registration Information. The SAT Preparation Program that has been administered by the Montgomery County Public Schools Adult Education Office for the past 25 years has transitioned to Montgomery College. It will be administered by the Workforce Development & Continuing Education office. The curriculum and design of the program will continue as before. Montgomery College will maintain current course locations in various MCPS high schools.
