As the Resource teacher we work with all students in the school.We help support students with special needs in their classrooms and in small groups. We consult with teachers to help accommodate these students. Another part of our job is to meet with parents, the Educational Management Team, and other professionals when we have concerns about students. We may evaluate students and write an educational plan so they can be successful in school. It is very rewarding to see students improve over the years!
