The physical form required by MCPS for sport team participation can be found on our sports' page. Think ahead and get that physical done during the summer.

 

Don't miss this important SSL information

Planning on completing hours during the summer? If they are not with an approved SSL organization, a pre-approval form must be filled out and signed by Ms. Powell before summer begins. If you miss this date, you must get the form approved by the county SSL office. They can be reached by phone at (301)-279-3454 or fax at (301) 517-8166. Hours completed with a non-approved organization without a pre-approval form will not be accepted. More information can be found on the SSL page. If sending forms to NBMS during the summer, please address them to the SSL Coordinator, not to Nicole Powell.

The SSL deadline for any and all hours completed during the spring semester was June 5th. Hours will be no longer be accepted for the spring semester
