Rock Terrace School
has a Wood Technology Center which offers students the
opportunity to learn the basics of wood construction with an
emphasis on developing job related skills.
Our goal is to ensure that each student who passes through
our program will acquire some life-long work related skills.
Students work in a safe, orderly environment with maximum
time spent on learning.
Along the way, students produce many products that can be
used in schools and in the community. For example, Rock Terrace
students produce drying racks that are used in art class throughout
Montgomery County.
Other Items include:
Collapsible Basket
Apple Cutting Board
Oven Rack Puller
Plywood Pencil Holder
Cheese Boards
Checker Boards
Lap Trays
