The Terrace Bistro officially opened In August 2006 with a grand opening on December 6, 2006. The Bistro is an extension of the Terrace Kitchen. Students are instructed in many skills such as time management, food preparation, food presentation, inventory procedures, and money management. 

The Terrace Bistro is operated by teachers, para educators, and student managers. The restaurant seats 21 people in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We serve breakfast between the hours of 7:30 and 10:00 each morning. Lunch is served between 11:00 and 1:00 daily.
