What is Forensics Club all about?

Forensics is a competitive opportunity to develop and grow professional and animated speaking skills. Forensics competes with other MCPS high schools at three meets throughout the course of the year, culminating (for those who qualify) in a regional finals competition in New York City. The categories of competition include (but are not limited to): dramatic monologues, poetry interpretation, pursuasive speech writing/delivery, ensemble acting scenes, and readers theatre. There are many opportunities for one-on-one acting training, as well as fun group activities that promote comfort, awareness, and skill in public speaking.

When Does Forensics Club Meet?
