PTA Mission

To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children; to assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; and to encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.

Wayside Family Picnic

Friday, Sept. 11th, 6:00 pm

Wayside is turning 40 and the party is on us! Because we want everyone to come, Wayside's PTA is picking up the tab at our First Back to School Picnic Friday, Sept. 11 with FREE games, cake and loads of fun. Bring a picnic dinner or buy pizza and sodas from Potomac Pizza. We’ll supply the DJ, games and cake. The celebration begins at 6 p.m. No presents please, just the pleasure of your presence!
