Once an athlete has made a team they must have paid their Extra Curricular Activity Fee to MCPS before they can continue to participate. In most cases these forms are mailed home during the summer. As soon as they arrive, the form should be completed and mailed with a check directly to MCPS (Instructions are on the form). Do not mail them to the school or turn them into the school. We cannot accept them. If not done during the summer in all likelyhood you will have to hand carry them to the CESC room 154 in Rockville, pay the fee and get a receipt. We get a periodic list from MCPS but especially in the fall they are swamped and behind recording those forms that were mailed. Don't take a chance that your child will be excluded from participation.
