The PTSA is a parent, teacher, student organization that works to coordinate volunteers for activities and informational meetings throughout the year. The PTSA is supported by membership dues and tax deductible contributions. These dues and revenues are the only source of revenue that provide funding for the many PTSA programs. Included are staff appreciation, books for the media center, staff, professional and classroom grants, technology improvements, and Festival of the Arts to name a few.
It’s time to join the Whitman PTSA! Membership dues and contributions fund student and classroom programs, grants for teachers, classroom and technology improvements, books for the media center, the quarterly Viking Voice newsletter, special events and staff appreciation. The $25 membership fee plus and any additional donation you wish to contribute make these activities possible. New this year -- Join online and pay by credit card! It’s a quick and convenient way to support the PTSA.
