Cheerleaders 2007
The MCPS Cheerleading Competition will be on November 22, 2008. Details about this competition will be forwarded to schools. Entry deadline is September 17, 2008. Only schools that participate in the MCPS competition may compete in one additional competition. The additional competition may be a second MCPS competition, University of Maryland Cheerleading Competition, or a competition in the immediate Washington area. Participation in either competition is voluntary and approval must be obtained from the athletic director. See the MCPS Pompon and Cheerleader Sponsor’s Handbook for more information.
Congratulations to the Varsity Cheerleaders who placed 2nd at the University of Maryland High School Cheerleading Championship on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008. The girls performed a great routine and were just shy of taking the title. Congratulations to the Cheerleaders and Coach Smith!
