Employee and Retiree Service Center → Employees → Benefits → Flexible Spending Accounts → Dependent Care Account
Participants in a dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) may set aside a portion of their salaries (up to a combined family maximum) before taxes are deducted to pay for qualified dependent care expenses. Qualified dependent care expenses are expenses incurred for the care of children under age 13 or disabled dependents while you are working, disabled, or attending school. Qualified expenses include day care, nursery school, summer day camps, and in-home care.
