Website contains an array of resources to support families and schools with mental health, substance use and other prevention and support resources for mental health conditions.
We can all help prevent suicide. The 988 Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.
The program provides crisis and ongoing counseling, shelter, support and advocacy services to victims of partner-related domestic abuse (domestic violence) and their families. Customers in need may also access services via the county's Crisis Center.
Access to Behavioral Health Services is a mental health/substance misuse screening and referral program, that provides assessment and linkages for low income adults living in Montgomery County who have no commercial insurance, and who are in need of services for major mental health and/or substance misuse problems.
The mission is reducing trauma and promoting healing for child and adolescent victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect.
TCM provides referrals and linkages to community resources such as medical, psychiatric, legal, housing and other social services.
