B.O.L.T. Leadership Academy

Building Our Leaders of Tomorrow (B.O.L.T.) is a new MCPS program geared toward 9th and 10th-grade students who are developing, rising leaders looking to strengthen their leadership capacity. Students engage in a multi-month leadership-building program, learning about advocacy, how they display leadership, and effective team management skills. By the end of the program, students will have worked on and presented a passion project that serves their community.
