- MCPS Fall Sustainability Forum (December 7, 2023, 6:00pm - 7:00pm) - Did you know trash powers your house? The Division of Sustainability and Compliance is hosting a Fall Symposium will host representatives from Covanta to present on how the trash that is collected from Montgomery County is transported by rail to a waste to energy plant within the county and the process that takes place to generate energy.

- The Keeping It Safe Student Video Contest is now open! Students may earn 5 SSL hours for quality video submissions. Interested students may view the contest rules and additional information at this link.
