Plan Ahead for September’s Accelerated Pay Date

The first payday in September—for those employees who report hours worked between Aug. 12 and Aug. 25—will be Friday, Sept. 8. The second September payday will be accelerated to Sept. 15 and will be for hours worked between Aug. 26 and Sept. 8. This also is the first paycheck of the current academic year from which all deductions will be withheld. This accelerated pay schedule enables 10-month employees to receive a full paycheck sooner.

All employees will be paid again on Oct. 6, when pay dates will resume the regular biweekly schedule. Make sure to plan and budget accordingly in preparation for this return to the regular pay schedule.
