Spotlighting The Pathway to College, Career and Community Readiness

The latest episode of To The Point explores The Pathway, a new guide that MCPS created to help families, students and teachers work together to ensure student success. The Pathway to College, Career and Community Readiness helps identify students’ strengths and areas of improvement to ensure each student receives the support they need. The Pathway has a series of milestones and core competencies that students should meet by certain grade levels. The overall goal is to prepare students for life after high school. The show features Dr. Kecia Addison, director of Shared Accountability, and Stephanie Sheron, chief of the Office of Strategic Initiatives.
