Attendance Matters: A Look at the Attendance Works Program at Bel Pre Elementary

In this video, Bel Pre Elementary School staff share how they have worked with families and students to reduce absenteeism and significantly increase attendance. MCPS remains committed to working closely with families to support student attendance. 

Students are considered chronically absent if they are absent 10 percent or more of the days they are enrolled.
