Donate to Drive for Supplies
It’s not too late for your school to register to participate in the annual Drive for Supplies campaign. Schools are asked to encourage students to clean out lockers, book bags and desks and donate usable school supplies to families in need. Staff may also donate new or gently used school supplies that are no longer needed to the program.
The 23rd annual Drive for Supplies distribution event will be held Friday, July 19, at Parkland Middle School in Rockville.
Participation in Drive for Supplies is an excellent opportunity to emphasize MCPS’ commitment to sustainability, recycling, waste reduction and supporting local communities. Individual families, staff, and nonprofit organizations are welcome to pick up supplies. The Division of Sustainability and Compliance (DSC), Office of Facilities Management, will present an award to the elementary, middle and high school that collects the most supplies.
School coordinators must submit this Google form to participate by Friday, June 7.
