Edison Students Hold Annual Bake Sale

About 52 students in the restaurant management and culinary arts program at Thomas Edison High School of Technology held their annual holiday bake sale prior to Thanksgiving break. The students baked, packaged and distributed assorted goodies for their sale, including 113 apple and pumpkin pies, 135 pumpkin and New York cheesecakes, 120 dozen oatmeal cookies, 100 dozen coconut macaroons, 90 pounds of peppermint bark, along with 80 pints of cranberry sauce.

Proceeds from the sale are invested back into the program. See photos of the bake sale preparation and distribution.
