Rales-O’Neill Scholarship Application is Open

Senior students can apply today for the Montgomery County Public Schools Educational Foundation’s (MCPSEF) Rales-O’Neill Scholarship of $10,000. Up to 200 scholarships are available. 

Students need to meets the following eligibility guidelines:

• Weighted GPA of 4.80+ 
• Financial need demonstrated through just one of the following: 

• 2023 household adjusted gross income of $118,323 or less, the median income for Montgomery County 
• 2024-25 Free and Reduced-price Meals (FARMS) program enrollment 
• Plan to attend a college/university within two years
• Graduation with class of 2025

 Apply today at www.MCPSFoundation.org/Scholarships. Students can apply November 1, 2024 through January 25, 2025.

This scholarship honors the legacies of Ruth and Norman Rales, whose generosity and spirit of giving lives on through the Rales Foundation, and former Board of Education member Patricia Baier O'Neill, who held a lifelong commitment to public service and Montgomery County children.
