GSCES Talent Show - Friday, May 30th
The talent show will be held at Northwest High School on Friday, May 30th. Auditions will be after school on May 6th for Grades K-2 and May 8th for Grades 3-5. Staff Appreciation Week - 5/5 - 5/9
The PTA is gearing up for a week-long celebration. We will be kicking things off Sunday, May 4th at 4:00 PM when we will be decorating the sidewalk outside the school with chalk messages of support and appreciation. If you want to join in the fun, simply show up at the school anytime after 4pm on 5/4, weather-permitting. Penny War April 22 - May 16
Grab your spare change and help support this year’s 5th grade class during our first-ever penny war fundraiser ! All proceeds will benefit the 5th grade class' end of year activities and promotion. Click here for more information
Celebrate Earth Week! Green Team Drive for Supplies
Our Green Team is celebrating Earth Week with a drive for gently used towels, sheets and linens. From April 22-May 2nd, students may bring these items to school and the Green Team will donate them to the Montgomery County Humane Society where they will be used to bathe the animals and create comfortable bedding. Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-26 School Year
Kindergarten registration for next year is now open! Any child that turns 5 by September 1 on the first day of school are eligible. Families can visit the MCPS website for more information.
