Clarksburg Elementary School

Attention all artists!

We are proud to announce and invite you to participate in our yearbook cover design contest!  This contest is an excellent opportunity for you to share your talent and compete to have your artwork featured on the cover of the 2021-2022 Clarksburg Elementary YEARBOOK!!!!  

This year’s theme for the yearbook is:

If you are interested in participating in the contest, please create an original piece of artwork using the medium of your choice (no digital images from the internet please). Entries should be 8 ½”x 11” in size.  Artwork should be dark enough to be seen clearly when scanned.  Students are encouraged to discuss and plan their entries with trusted adults, but all entries must be original and completed by the student. Submitted pieces should represent Clarksburg Elementary School along with this year’s yearbook theme (BACK 2 SCHOOL). Please do not include any identifying information on your artwork (No names please).

All entries must include:

• Full name of our school (Clarksburg Elementary School)
• 2021 - 2022
• Theme (BACK 2 SCHOOL)
• Correct spelling

Entries without ALL of this information will not be considered. All eligible artwork must be submitted no later than Friday, February 4, 2022.    

Staff and students will vote on the artwork that will be featured on the front and back covers of the yearbook. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Jain. 

How to submit your artwork:  

• Drop off your artwork with Mr. Jain.  PLEASE DO NOT FOLD THE ARTWORK!
• Make sure your first name, last name, and homeroom teacher are on the back of your artwork.
