Labels for Education update

Labels for Education logo

The Spring Labels for Education promotion is underway! As promised, we have details for you on the classroom rewards. The collection will run through Friday, May 17.

Class rewards will be done separately for grades K-2 and grades 3-5. The top TWO classrooms from each group will receive

  • An extra recess period for the class bringing in the most points (both K-2 and 3-5)
  • A lunch bunch with CGES staff member(s) of the class’s choice (also K-2 and 3-5)

Families have already begun submitting Labels. Mrs. Hernandez’s class is in the early lead for grades K-2, with Mrs. Gretz’s, Mrs. Asadullah’s, and Mrs. Tubiolo’s classes close behind. For grades 3-5, Mrs. Rueda’s class is in an early lead, with Ms. Floyd’s class in second place.

Keep saving your Labels and submitting to your teachers in a zip-top baggie or sealed envelope. If you have any questions about the Labels program, contact Laura Laudenberger at lauralauden@yahoo.com.
