For incoming 6th graders only. The choice of dates are: Thursday, August 1; 9:00 am - 11:30 am,  Thursday, August 8; 9:00 am - 11:30 am  OR 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm,  Tuesday, August 13; 9:00 am - 11:30 am  OR 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm  Click here for all the details!

Free Sports Physicals!

Any Gaithersburg student needing an athletic physical can get it free from the Wellness Center!  Dates for physicals are June 3,4,6,7,10 and 11.  To enroll in the Wellness Center you need to go to the Wellness Center, 101 Education Blvd, Gaithersburg MD 20877, and get the forms which are available in English and Spanish. Year End Activities for 8th Graders!

On behalf of the eighth grade team at Forest Oak Middle School, we would like to request your presence at our Eighth Grade Award and Promotion Ceremony on June 10, 2019, beginning at 7 pm. The ceremony will be held at Gaithersburg High School, 101 Education Blvd. Gaithersburg.  Each 8th grade student will be given three designated tickets for family and/or guests. These tickets are to be presented at the door and used to indicate where you will be seated.Then, to celebrate the end of the school year and our students' successes and accomplishments. we will be taking our 8th grade students on a Spirit of Washington Potomac River Cruise in Washington, D.C. This will take place on June 11, 2019. The purpose of the trip is to provide our students with a special, memorable event to mark the end of their time with us at Forest Oak Middle School.Click here for all the details, permissions (English and Spanish) and behavior contract
