Germantown Health Center at 12900 Middlebrook Rd., Germantown will be holding a walk in clinic on September 11th from 8:30am-2:00pm. No appointments needed.
The event is FREE for students needing Tdap, Varicella, HPV and Flu vaccines.
Families can request paperwork from school indicating which vaccine is needed
