Permission slips for the November 14^th, 8^th Grade trip to the American History Museum & African History Museum were sent home. They are on blue paper! Copies can be found using these links. Permission Slip Part 1 and Permission Slip Part 2. The cost is $27. Permission slips are due OCTOBER 25^th. After the due date we will continue to accept permission slips until the busses are filled. Students who turn in permission slips and payment after the due date are not guaranteed a spot. Don’t let your student miss out! Parent chaperones are needed and can attend at no cost. We are looking for 1-2 chaperones per history class. If you can chaperone, please complete this form. We are looking forward to a great trip.
