Hallie Wells Middle School

We're excited to announce that our Hallie Wells Peer Mediation program is now expanding to current 6th graders! The program will empower students with problem-solving and communication skills as they learn to navigate conflicts with greater empathy and understanding.

 

We're looking for 6th-grade students to potentially serve as peer mediators. Ideal candidates are good listeners, patient, focused, understanding of others’ feelings, and comfortable speaking in groups.

 

Know someone who might be a good match? Please nominate them! Students can be nominated by staff, parents and caregivers, peers, or even themselves. No pressure—a nomination doesn't commit the student. All nominees will be invited to an informational session in early March to learn more about the program before deciding to formally apply.
