MCAP Testing: English 10

When: Wednesday, December 21, 2022

Where: Auditorium

Description:

Per MSDE mandates, students must take the Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program (MCAP) assessments to satisfy graduation requirements. During the Winter window, December 13th through January 13th, students who have completed the courses but not the assessments, will take the exams in Algebra 1, English 10 (ELA), Biology, and NSL Government.

  • Tuesday, December 13th and Wednesday, December 14th → Algebra 1
  • Tuesday, December 20th and Wednesday, December 21st → English 10
  • Tuesday, January 3rd and Wednesday, January 4th → Biology
  • Tuesday, January 10th and Wednesday, January 11th → NSL Government

Any student not required to test or currently ineligible to test will follow our daily bell schedule and report to scheduled classes. Those testing will report directly to the auditorium and be there for the duration of the test (7:45-11:10 a.m.).

Please remind your child(ren) to report to school on time on their assigned date. If testing, they should bring headphones (if they have them) and sharpened pencils. Students should come to school with a charged MCPS Chromebook and charger.
